Dance... Five little alphabets make one dream!

"To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger, more beautiful, more powerful. This is power, it is glory on earth and it is yours for the taking." ~Agnes De Mille
Oh yes, she was right! Dancing means much more to me! It’s not about feeling conscious about what you are doing, dancing means to be free from all bonds of life. Just swaying away to the beats of music! Today dance is my life; it’s like what water is to a fish... I guess thats why Jaques D'ambroise said "Dance is your pulse, your heartbeat, your breathing. It's the rhythm of your life. It's the expression in time and movement, in happiness, joy, sadness and envy." I feel this was written just for me.
When i dance, i feel i have attained bliss. No wonder lord shiva also used dance as the source of the cycle of creation, preservation and dissolution. Dance can be used to express so much in life. Lord shiva often expressed his anger through the tandav dance form.

Whenever I am depressed or dejected, I always dance on a slow number, swaying away to a modern contemporary step to calm myself down or if i am very happy i love to go mad dancing on masaledaar Bollywood songs while A lavani is a perfect stress buster!
Be it lord krishna, lord ganesha ,lord shiva or infact any other god, even they couldn't stay away from this amazing art form.

Dance is one thing that I cannot live without. It’s a passion it’s an obsession. It’s my dream to pass on this wonderful bundle of happiness to every individual. One day i hope to bring up lesser known Folk dance forms of India on a global platform. My dream is to help every individual with two left feet experience the wonderful world of Dance! This quote describes my love for dance perfectly:-
"You know you're dancing when tears of pain and happiness blend in with your sweat"
