Although she did not make any on-screen appearance in 2016 (and honestly, we missed her a lot), Deepika Padukone made sure she created waves on the red carpet. The actress made some stunning appearances, in between filming for her big international debut - xXx The Return of Xander Cage, and prepping for her next most anticipated period drama - Padmavati. Be it at Indian award functions, where she deservingly swept off the Best Actress award at every event, or turning presenter for a prestigious award show on the international shores.
